learn to drive the car man! feather the clutch out dont drop it. i usually rev and hold it around 2500rpms and slowly release and the more i can tell my wheels rnt spinning i let off the clutch. practice! tires might help!

ya, i tend to spin and drift to the right a lot.. every car is different, but here are two ways to keep my car from roasting tires:
1) i rev and hold my car to 3000 rpm and then bleed out the clutch (release slowly)
2) i do a cold launch (aka no rev/ holding rpm) it may not get you a fast 60' time but it'll keep your tires from spinning.

I'm not a pro, but I know a little basic common sense:
1) FYI-Launching and slowly releasing the clutch will increase wear on the clutch. (I'm not saying its bad, I just wanted to point it out). Dropping the clutch puts added strain on the transmission.
2) Try and rev at a certain RPM and dump the clutch. Then evaluate from there. If too much wheel spin, try a lower RPM. If it bogs, try a higher RPM.
3) PRACTICE! PRACTICE! PRACTICE!
It took me a while to know what RPM to launch at and how to launch. Each car and driver is different so just practice in a safe place.
Good luck!
