2k2 TSB & Front grill

I have 2 questions
1. Is there a write-up out there that shows how to remove 2k2 grill? I want to paint it
2. Is there a complete list of all the TSB for 2k2? I want to know what I need to get fix, and how do I proof to dealer that TSB exist?
thanks

Dude sorry I don't think there's a complete list. However, don't go in to your dealer demanding that every TSB get fixed. Only go if you actually have the problem. For example, my brake judder doesn't exist, but my hood does rattle so I am going in for that.

While you do have a point, that would be kind of like saying, Mr. Joebob has a 2K2 and his hood rattles. Mine doesn't but can you tighten it down anyways? Also, you don't want to go in to your dealer with a grip of TSB numbers or worse, the TSBs themselves. Instead, only fix what needs fixing. The less time your Max is @ the dealer, the less chance there is of them screwing it up even more. That's why this afternoon I took pics of all my body panels on the 2K2 in case they scratch or dent it. And finally, take your service writer to lunch? Right? You know who you are. I am thinking of bringing coffee and Krispy Kreme when I go. Heh.

No I dont think that there is a write up to take off the front grille, but it is pretty easy. There are 5 or 6 10mm (maybe 8mm) bolts that are holding it in on the top of the grille and 2 clips at the bottom, just get a socket wrench and take the 5 bolts out and pull, the bottom should snap right out.

well, the reason I want to get all the TSB is b/c I have 15k miles in 6 months on my car. At this pace, my warranty will expire pretty soon. That's why I want to get everything fix/check, that way I'll minimize the repair cost in the near future
