Cleaning you cone intake
My Stillen intake is about 4 months old and it is quite dirty. How often do you guys clean yours? every 9000 miles? I found a lot of little white fluffys between the cracks. Now, do I clean it the same ways as the flat panel filters? Flush from inside out, air dry, and reoil?

Yep, clean it the same way.
Tap all the loose dirt off of the filter. Spray the cleaner all over the filter & let it sit for ~10 min. Rinse the filter from the inside out. Air dry. Re-oil.
