burnt out bulb

i just recently bought fog lights from my nissan from courtesy parts, and installed them with hyper white bulbs and one of the bulbs exploded leaving a foggy residue inside the lamp. does anyone know i could remove this foggy residue or if it is possible to buy just one fog lamp to replace. please let me know

Just be glad it wasn't your headlight!

I had the same thing happen to me on my old Maxima. I let the guys at the local performance shop replace my fog light bulbs with cheap 110W bulbs and one of them exploded. Always use the standard wattage (55W).

I don't know if there is a way to get rid of the fog. I would probably be more trouble than its worth. I just traded mine in and I'm leaving the headlights and foglights alone on this one.
