After searching for that little rattle that sounded like it was coming from 10 different locations, I finally tracked it down to the marker light in the passenger door. The metal clips that hold it in are loose once its installed, so I shot some hot melt glue behind them and reinstalled it.
It still rattled. It seems to come from the electrical connector,so I wedged a toothpick in there and its gone!!!

Man, if I started Diags on my car on every rattle it makes, it'll just frustrate me so I don't even go near that issue. Thinking since my car is at the dealer getting fixed, I might bug em about the rattles once they finish the main job, Boy something tells me he's not gonna like that. And one more thing guys, I think It was last month when I was at the dealer for a break job and I braught up the issue of rattles and the dealer tried to twist some warrenty bullsh!t on me. told me if I removed any panal from the car and tried to fix it myself b/c it was rattleing that piece would be out of warranty. so I said I didn't touch **** except sticking a news paper in the A Piller a year ago. Boy I still remember the day I got this thing, and I was thinking to myself, Damn how solid this car is, but that lasted a short while, overall the car is great, problem free, now if it was rattle free I'ld be soo much happier.
