May WTb 2004 maxima transmission bell housing before i hang myself

may need bell housing i broke the shift cable bracket bolt holes that mount to the transmission any idea how to fix or i just have to replace bell housing

now where did i put my gun

have a shop weld it, drill and tap new threads. Beats having to replace bell housing.
