Pics of 2004 Maxima in local newspaper.

Hey guys, this morning our local newspaper "Journal of Montreal " was showing a clear black & white picture of the awaited Nissan Maxima 2004, all I can say is Nissan is not going to disatisfy us with the new model, the silhouette is pretty refined and it as a Dual exhaust set-up with dual tips, in term of mechanics, nothing is confirm but the article was referring to the G35 & the Z as far as mechanics goes, I will scan the newpaper picture tommorow morning when I'm back at the office and I will post it here. The article also says that Nissan will unveil the new model at the detroit auto show in January 2003.

Cheers

I hope the 2004 Maxima has the HP and drivetrain (AWD) to back up the quad exhaust it will have. If it remains FWD with 260Hp it will be like any other Pontiac all show. For example why does the Grand Am have quad exhaust but produces about 200+- HP.

...because pontiac would put quad exhaust on a bike if they could.

The four tailpipes on the Grand Am are just that--taipipes. It doesn't really have a trick exhaust system; they just stuck four pipes on so it would look cool.

Watch out for some of the Grand Prixs...I've read tests of SC'ed models running in the 13's. That's pretty fast by all accounts...

Do we have to deduct 15hp from the 260?!
