wow, thanks for all the pics!

I like this car a little more each time I see it, ooglie grill included. Looks better on the streets than in the glossy press photos, IMO.

I don't like it at all. The more I look at this car, the more I get mad about Nissan letting the Maxima's legacy go from the 4door sports car to the titanic. The 04 Maxima mine as well be on the same platform with the Q45,not saying the Q45 is anything less. The new maxima just is now the poormans Q45. Sorry to say, but the Altima took over from where the maxima left off as far as 4door sports car.

Nice pix,I seen it in person twice and with these photos just confirms that I dont care for it at all. My 03 will most likely be my last Max.

Heh heh...an Avalon and a Taurus to compete against it in their little obstacle course. Well, at least there's an Acura in there for some real competition.

Just wait until you see some lightly to fully modded '04s i think it will be a good thing.

I own a fourth gen and I wince when I see one at stock height.

I think new Max looks similar to GS400. It has some similar lines.
Also 2004 Max looks better, more aggressive from the back compared to the current 5gen.

Agreed. Thats a very nice tail end. The dual exhaust compliments the entire body. And factory Nissan 18" inch wheels! I gotta give it my OOOH face. OOOH OOOH OOH

exactly, i remember when i bought my 99 se-l, they said the new maxima's would be on a "higher level of luxury and performance", and that the altima would sooner or later replace where the max is, i don't know why, but, the max still is pretty damn fast for being a so called "poor mans Q45", if the max is the poor mans q45 what's the m45?
