Shimmy in the Steering Wheel
I am just trying to accept that this is a quirk of the car. (I love the performance, and handling otherwise).
I read in Maxima.org of a bolt on front subframe connector that may tighten the front suspension, to minimize wheel spin, and compensate for the rubber mounts which may cause part of the shimmy (don't quote me).
The other thing is a rear anti sway bar that improves the handling.
The final step would be to install coil overs...

I think with all these complaints, we should be able to forward all the Maxima.org printouts of the problem with the front suspension issues to make the NHTSA look at this as a serious problem. Especially broken tire belts... My car had broke the belts on 4 tires.. I had never had one broke in my life. Very dangerous.
