Its official, i'll be getting an 04 maxima se, with the audio package and sunfroof. With the shortage i dont know when exactly but the wait has officially started. To cut the price down we decided not to get the Vehicle Dynamics Control and Traction Control combo. I was wondering the biggest difference between a car with it and without it and if it makes that much of a big difference. Also i got the audio package, but i was wondering how the stock subs are. In my current car i have a full audio system and was thinking of switching it all over but wasnt sure if it was worth it. Any opinions on that from those that have gotten this package? All i know is i cant wait to get this car in my driveway.

I love the bose system, I think it sounds great. It isn't going to rattle your brains, but it is crystal clear and stays that way all the way up to the loudest it goes.

Good luck replacing the radio, it really isn't an option.

VDC/TC usefulness really depends on where you are from. Me being in Chicago, I need it with all the snow we get here in the winters. Driving my '04 around now during the summer though, you wouldn't miss not having that option. It helps with the torque steer though, as well as in the rain. I cant wait till these crappy Goodyear Eagle's go bad so I can get a set of GOOD tires... heh.
