Nav System Problem

Nav System Problem
The Nav System has 2 heading options -- Heading Up or North Up. But, no matter which one I choose, the map always displays up as my direction of travel. I'd prefer up to always be north. Anybody else having this problem?

I was on the phone for 1/2 hour with the Nissan help line yesterday and he had no clue as to what my problem was. It shows the value of a forum like this. Thanks again.
