for those who took there car back for the nav screen ?
I got mine changed 3 times. The problem.....every time they clean it up on the inside...they would end up scratching it....These screens suck...
A word of caution, please look at the pewter colored plastic cover..they remove it to change the screen...and if they use something like a screwdriver to remove it..they may end up scratching it too....

They are replacing mine. From what I have heard you can't clean the inside without scratching it up. The dealership hasn't given me a hard time at all. The only problem is I've been waitng now close to 2 months for a replacement screen to come in.
