There is a new garage in Phoenix that rents out bays/lifts by the hour. I have never heard of this before, very cool if you need to do something under your car and don't have access to a lift. You can also rent a mechanics toolset for $20 for the day.

It is called Gearhead Garage and I think they said it was on Gilbert and Guadalupe.
