Problems with heater

My wife just called and said that when she cut her heater on this morning she could smell something burning like an electrical smell. sjhe cut the heater off and it went away. She tried again later and got same thing. When she got out the car, she could smell it as well. Any thoughts on this? Car has 4,000 miles on it.

Imagine taking your car to the dealer to have them look at it... taking the car apart... etc... all for a plastic bag stuck to the exhaust... hehe...

Service manager said the "S" under the car in the exaust system is the problem. I've never had this happen with any other car in my life.
