The stock Goodyears have thusfar been underwhelming. Has anyone replaced them with something else? If so, do you like what you chose?

Did you feel a noticeable difference with less wheel spin/better hookup off the line with the Michelins?

We had to replace the Continental tires that came with the car. We're down in Mexico and one develops a blister and could not be matched, so we wound up with 4 new Bridgestones "Potencia" and they're fine.

"Potencia"??? Is that what they call the "Potenza" in Mexico? Or is it a different tread pattern/compound for the South-of-the-border market?

Well, the tires are made in Japan and, so I understand, are the same fabrication as those sold in the U.S. And, yes, that's the Spanish name!

Ya there is less spin and they stick on the corners like glue, awsome tires but really expensive.... I got them for $270 apiece and thats like 40 below retail I think.
