I have no complaints with the two that I've used. I've heard others rip one of them but good. Early on I had a few issues with my 04, everything fine now though.

I have two Nissan dealers near me. One of them has mediocre (at best) service and sales. The other one is outstanding in every way (almost Lexus-like). The inconsistencies in dealer service is very unfortunate.

I am extremely happy with mine (Hummel's in Des Moines). Have fixed a number of items at N/C even considerably after the warranty had run out. Might have something to do with the fact that I have bought four new vehicles from them and referred others as well.

Service at the Dealership in Poughkeepsie has been horrible. They forgot to tighten a clamp after fixing my ac which a day later lead to my car overheating. Parts have been on order since i got the car. They can't figure out whats rattling all day, but i figure it out by simple testing.

Lets see when we picked up the car it wasnt prepped at all. Had glass in it, and scratches. They were later fixed, well all but one in which they made worse. I have other complaints but for now those are the main ones.

I haven't been too impressed with them, hopefully things get better.

I've used two service departments and both have been satisfactory. I haven't had any major problems with any of the four Nissans I've owned. Therefore I've never had to fight it out with a service department. good luck!
