Ease of Grill Replacement?

I love everything about my 04 Max except the front grill. Ive seen the Trenz Billet Grille http://www.custommaxima.com/Trenz04.php and wonder how easy it is to take off the old one and replace with these. BTW, no mention on the link i provided if the one shown is polished or not. Anyone bought one of these from this site..can you confirm if its polished or not?.

I installed the Trenz polished grille in February. It took about 30 minutes, and I could do it in 15 minutes now. The factory grille is held in place by two types of tabs, one with a button in the center and one with a slotted disk around the top. On the tab with the button in the middle, push the button down. The tab will then lift out easily by slipping a flat edge screw driver under the edge. The other tab has a slotted ring around the top. Use your flat edge screw driver to lift up the ring. The tab then lifts out easily. Set aside all the tabs, as you'll use them to install the Trenz grille. Carefully lift out the factory grille, taking care to not scratch the painted plastic below the grille. The Trenz grille is not as wide as the factory grille, so it doesn't use all the plastic tabs. The Trenz grille is held in place by some of the plastic tabs at the top and some metal tabs at the bottom, held in place by some clips provided by Trenz. Again, be careful with these metal tabs as they have sharp edges. You might put masking tape around them as you are lifting in the Trenz grille.
