Wood Dash Kits

Ok, Love the car - but the sliver plastic parts are a downer. Any recommendations on (1) A Wood Dash Kit and (2) a reseller that you would recommend.

Also, has anyone put one of these things on? How difficult is it?

Thanks

I put one in mine about a month ago. I got it from www.sherwooddash.com
It was pretty easy to put in. It's a flat kit so I was worried it would look cheap At first I didn't like it but after a few days I thought it looks great. (not so drab insinde anymore) I get plenty of compliments about it. I'll post a pic in a day or two when I get my camera back.

So how much are we talking, gh0st? I looked up the parts on sherwooddash.com and they don't list any prices for the MAX. Also, don't know if you know this, but all I want is the door strip upgrade and just the pieces for the shift and emergency break surroud, and cup holder cover. You think they'll sell these pieces separate?

I got the 36 piece set for $190. I think the 12-15 piece kit was about $100.
I'm not sure about ordering separate pieces but they might they were very helpful and friendly when I delt with them. They sent several sample pieces of the different colors so I could see how it would look in my car.

Travelbill : Yes I got mine at Glenn Jeff Watson is my sales guy I bought an Altima from him last year.

Travelbill here are the pics I promised. I didn't use the whole kit like the door handle and steering wheel accents but I did use more than I originally planned.

I just installed mine today!

I was having the same misgivings about the plastic pieces in the cockpit of mine, and after noticing several scratches show up around the CD player and stick, I had seen enough.

I finally decided on a Brushed Aluminum finish from www.nycdashes.com, and after putting it on today, I'm pleased. This is just the basic kit, which frames the air vents, door controls and covers everything around the nav screen, radio and gearbox. The full kit contained a lot of pieces that I didn't really find necessary.

The Basic kit was around $140, and the full kit was another $100 or so, I believe. I, too, will post pics later.
