I hope that you are talking about the ones beside the Main Headlamp. The lower ones in the bumper are cornering lamps. "Only work with turn signal with headlamps on." If so then look at the fuse for the lamps. There under the hood and work the relay that makes them work. You should listen for a clicking noise under the hood when you turn your foglamps on. That's the relay working. Hope this helps. jdc1203

You should have a rectangular "black box" located under the hood, I believe that's where the relay is that jdc1203 was speaking of. Also, you have fuses located just below your steering wheel and to the left (under the outside mirror controls). It may be located there as well... If all else fails, check your owner's manual...

The Fog lamp Fuse is located in the IPDM (Intelligent Power Disrtibution Module)
The IPDM is located under the hood on the right side (passenger side), by the WW washer fluid reservoir.
To access the IPDM you need to remove the black plastic cover held down with about five push pin buttons (pry these out with two flat screw drivers - if you are careful, they wont break, if they do, get new ones from the auto parts store)
Under the plastic cover is a rectangular black plastic box containing the IPDM computer, it contains a bunch of relays, most of which are non removable, and at the right side are the fuses. Inside the cover for the IPDM, you will find the fuse designations. You can get better access to the fuses by pulling vertically on the whole computer module, and it will slide upways about two inches.
Take great care, you are dealing with solid state cpomputer not just a bunch of fuses and relays.

I have wired my Fog lights as Day Time Running lights. They come on with the ignition day and night. A benefit in addition to daytime safety, is that they stay on at night with the Hi beams on, providing much better road illumination. I also wired them through a switch so that I can disable them if I want to. To explain the wiring and set up is quite a detailed writing task - if there is a lot of interst I will find time to write it up?

OK It looks as though there is interest enough to warrant me spending a lot of time doing a detailed job on this.
There will be far too much information to post on this board, and also I will need to attach wiring diagrams, new circuit diagrams and a step by step guide. The diagrams will be in PDF format, and maybe photos in JPG, and the instructions in a MS Word doc. format. I will email this out to all who send me their email address. Subject line ... Fog Lamp Mods.
But don't expect it immediately. I can probably do the job quicker than I can write up the instructions.
