There is a meet coming up and was wondering if any other 6th gens from the area are gonna attend. It's a little odd be the only 6th gen there, like the last one I attended

i would like to go also but it depends on where it is because im coming from the bronx and i really dont feel like driving for 2 hrs...

A little odd? You got that right.....Out of all the meets i've been to(about 6 of them), there has been only 2 meets where there were 2 of us. I'll be there no doubt....

this is the info from the thread

Place: Johnson Park, New Jersey
Date/Time: Saturday, June 5th @11am-3pm
Raindate: TBD
Events: BBQ, raffle, mini-mod workshops

Directions:
From the New Jersey Turnpike, North or South:
-Take Exit 9-New Brunswick and pay toll.
-Follow signs for Route 18 North-New Brunswick.
-Proceed along Route 18 North, approximately 3.7 miles.
-As you appoach the end of the bridge, turn RIGHT at the traffic light intersection (River Road) and make another RIGHT about 75 feet away into Johnson Park.
-Follow park road and look for parking lot full of Maximas. Across the parking lot is Grove 3 Picnic Area, where we'll be having the BBQ.

From Rt.287 or 440 (Outerbridge Crossing into NJ):
-Take Exit 9 (Highland Park)
-Follow River Road toward Highland Park for approximately 2 miles
-The park begins on your right at Johnson Drive (4th light)
-There are four entrances to the park along River Road
-Follow park road and look for parking lot full of Maximas. Across the parking lot is Grove 3 Picnic Area, where we'll be having the BBQ.

From US Rt.1:
-Take exit for Route 18 North
-At 3rd Traffic light, make a right onto River Road
-Make another RIGHT turn into park
-Follow road and look for Grove 3. That's where we'll be having the BBQ.

Rules and Regulations:
I don't care who you are or how far you drove to get here. Anyone who attempt to do a burnout on or near premises will be not be admitted to the meet.

All attendees MUST observe the 25mph speed limit. This is a park, not a racetrack. There are families (and animals) walking across the road.

Alcohol (beer) is allowed, but drink responsibly.

Loud car systems are not allowed.

If you want BBQ, it's free but you'll have to obtain a 'sticker' from me. We don't want people from other areas to walk over and get freebies.

The meet is not too far from me but, I'll have to check and see what I'm doing that day. I'd love to go though and check out what some of you other guys have been doing to your cars.

Plus, I'd like to see a couple of aftermarket grills in person.

You should definiatly come, its always a good time, and you could see my aftermarket grill......I can't wait for this to come, its a perfect excuse for me to miss my sister's babyshower....
