Has anybody got information on changes for 2005 or when Job1 is? I'm looking to order a 2005 in the next several weeks.

I know they made a couple of running changes on the 2004s such as paint colors and the 5spd. Automatic for the SL. I assume any changes to be minor since the '04 was a new generation.

Maximano - This question heads off a new thread every few days, beause, like you, many folks are really interested in when the '05 will arrive, and what changes it may have.

The last thread was entitled '2005 Maxima', and is still on the front page. Rather than copying it here, it may be easier for you to pull in the thread and read it.

In a nutshell, although the very early release (March '03) of the '04 might have portended a slightly early release of the '05, it appears that may not happen. Now seems the assembly line changeover will take place the first half of August, with '05s reaching dealers in September.

You may not be able to order an '05 for another month or more.

We have not yet had any changes confirmed for '05, and don't expect significant ones, since the '04 is a new generation.
