I have a black 2004 SE and I have some very fine scratches in the paint. Everything is easy to see on the black. Any suggestions what I may try to get them out?

Follow up with a coat of your favorite wax. Meguiars NXT would be very nice on black.

I just used Meguires Scratch X in a black tube. K-Mart about $8. It made most of the light scratched disappear. The others are there but unnoticeable.

 

had a black max ('87) and absolutely loved it; but vowed never to have another black one because it showed every scratch. looks as though there are some products available now that could get me to go black again.
