Window Issues

Has anyone seen any problems with the windows rolling up. The rear passenger window rolls up significantly slower than the rest of them. You can hear it kind of getting stuck at two different intervals where it slows down.

Also, the motor on the passenger side front window seems to make a little more noise than the the other motors. I'm sure I'm being **** about this one, but noise is noise.

Take it back and ask them to check out the window regulator. My '02 Max SE had a similar issue, and a buddy of mine from work has a Pathfinder that has had 3 or 4 regulators go bad.

Yeah, I'm going to have them fix the windows at the next service check up.

I also have the lining not flush on the trunk. I thought it was because I messed it up when I took it off to install the subwoofer and didn't put it back up properly. All the black screw things are in there, but the opening for the light doesn't wrap around the light completely, hangs just below it. Not really a big deal though.

Have not had the problem on my '04 max yet. But I had a lot of problems with the windows on my '93 and '00 maximas.

Namely, slow or no rollup/down when it was really cold outside.

I asked about that too. The service guys checked 4 or 5 other Max's on the lot and they were all in the same condition, so they didn't do anything about it. The interior material doesn't fit well against the rubber near the top of the trunk opening on mine. I haven't spent much time fooling with it, but I think I can fix it with some shoogoo and velcro.
