Hi Coolhand - i don't have the Canada specific TSBs but here is a list of wthe US ones:

A lot of TSB's are issued in the US that have no counterpart in Canada. Its a frustrating issue for those of us with problems that are well documented in the US market.
I have found that it all depends on the dealer you visit. Some will be more than willing to look at the printout of the TSB you bring in, and perform the outlined repair. Others will sneer at you, assuming they know more about the vehicle than you do. Grrr.
I'd say that it mostly boils down to your relationship with your service advisor. I get a "no problem" attitude at my dealership.
