Is the shimmy issue fixed ??

I don't see much on this forum re the shimmy issue with the 04 Max. Has every one got it fixed? or just living with it? Mine has been to the dealer 4 times, still the same, one trip the Nissan Tech Rep did the TSB on the car and the results were SHIMMY is still there. I am looking at the next step of contacting the BBB. Give me your thoughts.

If the shimmy can't be resolved by the TSB/dynamic balancing then the tires are the issue. Put on a different set of tires and the shimmy will likely be gone. Some tires are just not manufacturered "round" and can never be balanced because of their out-of-roundness, so if this is the case (any reputable tire shop with a dynamic balancer can tell you if the tires can't be balanced) then I believe you have an issue with Nissan to replace the OEM tires with new tires.
