Fixer-upper??

Found another gem on Ebay...

You know, maybe a little paint, some glass perhaps.... anyway does anyone know what kind of rims those are? They've gotta be 20's, I just cant seem to find it anywhere. Im looking to sell my wheels and these look good against a light colored car. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Mike

From the pics, it looks like the light fictures are in good shape... if it has HIDs, it would be great for some one wanting to upgrade...

you need to post a warning before these kind of threads. some of us are very sensitive. this could lead to nightmares and paranoia.

I saw that auction. the guy posted it as an ad for parts and states "if you bid the $100, you get nothing and I keep the $$$"

I bet a 5th genner did it

Yesssss!...one less 6th gen in the world. Our own vehicle's collectibility just went up again. This is how, over the next 50 years, there will only be 5 left in the world.

I know it gets hot in Texas...maybe the skyview acts as a magnifying glass...

I don't know about you, but I find it ironic that the mufflers seem to be the only thing that survived...

What do you think the chances are the guy driving the truck beside the Max survived? (or is now a midget...)

It looks like a recovered stolen vehicle. The crazy thing is that it looks like they only stole the rear rims and the grill. They left the headlights, the rear spoiler and the front rims. Seems strange to me. I see pics like that all the time and it makes me sick everytime. Those parts would have been easy to sell.

what are you talking about? that looks nothing like it. silver vs. white, the wheels are way different, and the plates are different states. And in the future please reduce the size of pics. no one likes to scroll for every line of text. Showing off your car is one thing, posting pointless pics is annoying when XXL.

It is in a salvage yard, the parts were probably sold. why would someone steal only 2 wheels? they probably came off during the accident. I'm sure a lot more would of been stripped besides the grille.

The thieves could have been spooked off. I handle autotheft claims and I see things like that all the time.

That gigantic pic killed this post. It's aggravating scrolling horizontally. To make it worse, the pic is so large you can't even fit the whole car on the screen.

The Toyota pick-up next to it looks like it should be an easy fix
