New guy

Hey people, Just saying hey, have a few questions. Just traded my 350z in on a 04 Maxima. Much better car, and lots more options.

04 Smoke, Loaded, Wood Interior, 20's, 20% tint, Remote Start/Alarm and alittle bass so far.

I want to lower it and level out the Front to rear look. Factory is way wrong, front looks like a 4x4...

What springs work well to level the car out? What rides ok still? I read some posts about struts, factorys may be ok for awhile?

What Intake works well?

What Exhaust soudns nice?

Welcome! Congrats on your 04'. I have to disagree though I love the way it sits, a little higher is better I think! I love those 18s!

Just say no to the gap! I am definitely a proponet of tucking those wheels in...

I have the Eibach Pro kit on my car

What rides ok still?
It rides a bit stiffer, of course but to be expected.

My factory's have been fine for over a year, no gurantees though.

What Intake works well?
I'm running the Berk intake, great value and Bryan at Berk is great to work with.

What Exhaust soudns nice?
I have the proto Berk exhaust, running flowmaster mufflers. A few people in here have FM's and some are runing Stillen. There's a thread in here somewhere talking exhaust.

Welcome aboard!! Do you have any pics yet??? Let's see 'em!

Thanks for the tips.... What about camber problems? Is there plenty of room for aligment with stock cambers or do I need to get aftermarket ones?

hey welcome aboard,

I kinda needed this info as well. I'm kinda iffy about lowering it with springs only though. is there no struts available? I kinda like how it sits also and its still stiff ride but I don't mind it..........
