Any MAF failures yet?

I hear it's a plague for 2002-2003 Maximas and Altimas alike. Did they fix this problem for 2004-2005? Would a '04 MAF work as a replacement for a '02 MAF?

as far as i can remember from puttin an intake on my car and my cousin 04 the maf are differnt

I have no idea if it fits on earlier gens, but i havn't heard of any MAF failures on the 6th gen yet.
