TL or G35.

I'm fine with a Rand McNally or AAA map, but for the record it's ok to admit you chose an incorrect car.

With or w/o navi doesn't make a great impact on my purchase decision. Especially when I could add it on after and still be in that price range. A little bit harder to add turbos, awd and decent looks.

Okay, you can hang on to that one. Congrats. You can have the maxima, I'll take the Subaru.

But then again, the maxima doesn't have decent resale value

Jeff92SE: sorry, your car will get to junkyard sooner than mine, agree.

CoolMax, you are just trying to be a bully by making fun of my own opinion. I did not exactly say that RWD and FWD is exactly the same thing, but I just said that there is little difference between G35 and Altima TO ME, and stated my reasons. You can disagree all you want but please stop bi**ing like an old lady about it.

Really? Will your car even be running when it's 10 years old? What if you wreck it?? I can make this car run indefinitly. You on the other hand cannot.

You are still not going to impress me. Whats the point in keeping the same car for so long, only to keep replacing parts? I can spell, however.

I'm not trying to impress you. I just answered your question. Truth is the truth whether it impresses you or not.

I'm glad you can spell. I'd rather be an incorrect speller than someone who thinks a FWD Altima is anything similar to a RWD G35

Jeff, just admit you're wrong.

You already know damn well by now that i'd take the TL or G35 over the Max...

Exactly what are you driving nowdays?

Where do you come up with this ****?

Oh, so now it an opinion...in my opinion the world is flat.:

FACT: there is less of a difference between the 6th gen Max and the Altima than the Altima & G35.

You're reaching.

I said Navi? Merely pointing out that your choice omitted one of the considerations.

Ricer option? Just like HIDs/Xenon? Funny that the top-end BMW, Benz have these ricer options as standard equipment. Welcome to 2004.

OT: 2002 Toyota Camry LE. My answers are now invalid...

Did I say those were ricer options or do I have explain them to you? Are you confused about what is rice and what is not? Or is it your contention that if it's comes oem, it's not rice?

All 10 bazillion polls in on maxima.org and you end up with a 4 cyliner CAMRY!!!!????

Posting those pics makes this comparison almost unfair. For similar $$$, the TL takes this one hands down. The 6G's saving grace is the VQ35DE: there's just no V6 like it. Although styling if VERY subjective, the TL is sweet looking and only tighter with the A-spec pkg.

As for quality debates, it seems like there are more quality issues with the TL than the 6G just going by acura-tl.com and maxima.org posts. Based on real world testimonies and reports, Nissan's "cheapness" seems to be more perceived than real.

If I HAD to choose between these two, it'd still be the TL for me. Luckily, I dont have to choose between just these two AND there are other sport sedans out there for similar money.

You are a pain in the a** arent you. Look, you drive a 13 yr old car, and do all your work by yourself, and will be driving the same car for another 10 years. You probably are banging your own sister and live in West Virginia.

We never had a discussion on which car has more resemblance to G35: the Altima or the Maxima. In my own opinion, the benefit of RWD is not worth the $7K premium in price over Altima. I have said it, you may disagree with it, but just leave it at that.

Wow. Someone is angry with me now. I guess I win! What happened to the grammar thing?

I guess when one starts in with the insults, they no longer have a legitimate leg to argue with.

Are you that upset that you bought a 2000 maxima and then Nissan jacked you by offering the 3.5VQ in 2002 with the same body?

there's is nothing to argue with, except the fact that there are some bullies in this town that never respect anyone's opinion but their own, while they don't really stand for anything.

Would not have been my choice. Seems to me, there were/are alot of other more interesting choices out there. But it's a solid car. Great gas mileage!

That's all pretty obvious. I gotta admit I love the gas mileage part though, especially with gas prices over the last few years.
