Need advice on how to get better service.

The dealer I bought my 04 last year is Norwood. Im not sure if anyone here is familiar with it. But Ive had my car serviced for many reasons. They couldnt repair my car last time due to back order parts and we made a agreement becuase i was at 35500 miles. if i went past 36000 they WOULD help me of course. now they are saying some of the problems arent under warranty since i past 36000. Anyway the list of problems I have or arent repaired yet are

Driver's seat if moved back all the way makes a Large Metal clink noise. They say it normal but its very loud. unlike passenger side is very quiet.

driver seat makes squeaky noises, also lumbar on back of drivers seat seemed like it was pushing in and out while hard breaking. But i couldnt reinact this problem with them.

CD player Got fixed but as for the 2nd time same simptoms, skips and only plays on the right side of car, they dont fix.

Told them the screeching noise from engine on cold start got my car back still there....

Due to bad struts all 4 tires need to be replaced (I take blame for not getting rotations)

Because of bad service and no call backs, talked to the supervisor of the service department, and arranged appointments. My sister talked to the supervisor and told him all the problems and then i got drop it off and he acts clueless what can i do? and this will be the 2nd time i go back for service past 36000 becuase of back order parts. What if i get the car back and some of these problems arent fixed what can i do?

Sorry if this post seems ridiculous, but i thought Id give it a try.

No it's not ridiculous at all!! That's why we have this forum! To learn from each other!
Anyways, I would suggest you really talk it out with the supervisor and be firm about your situation (but don't be "cocky" or unreasonably demanding, though some may tell you to scream at the dealership, cos i always believe that if the cook doesnt like you, better watch your food...) If there's still no response, call NISSAN, and tell them if this problem wwill not be resolved, u might just get a lawyer. if all else fails, get a good lawyer. I hope this helps...
