Hey everyone. Well I am a totally newbie when it comes to working on cars and the maxima being my first car, I want to make it look nice so I decided I am going to go with rims and tires and then to tints. SO searching on google for wheels I just got totally confused. Theres so many different types and I really don't know which ones will fit on the maxima. So does anyone know any reliable shops that carry wheels for maximas? I was looking for 19 inch or 20 inch black with a polished silver lip. I really want them to be as light as possible cause I really don:t want my speed to suffer. Alright guys thanks, talk to you later.

 

if you go above 18, your speed will suffer. find a site that offers oem for the Max and lets you "plus size" or just search for the Max. Here is a good site: Wheel site

 

most normal wheels in a 5x114.3 lug pattern will fit your car.... i dont know much about offset, but i dont think it REALLY matters (correct me if im wrong?) the best way to search is probably a site that has a search by make and model.... most major wheel sites will let you search that way.... good luck

 

40mm offset for our cars..... it matters cause this determines how far in you can go... too far will hit the calipers..

 

lol i dont really know.... all i know is that "normal" offset wont clear 300zx brakes on tilleys 4th gen.... most wheels come somewhere between a 35-45 dont they? (i mean like ones in a moderate price range and ****...)

 

remember the normal offset might change do to aftemarket or other calipers other than maxima of the year of your car do to the thickness of them.

and yes they usually run around 35-45mm
