Does the front strut bar rub??

Does the front strut bar rub??
I have seen pictures of the stillen bar and was curious for those that have it does it rub the hood?Also is there a different company that makes it other than Stillen?

I've read that the intake could slightly rub on the underside of the bar under load. But i don't think that it rubs on the hood.
