Yes, Maxima tapers in the back. The Altima is more square. Its significant and it means that we cant share spoilers, even though the shape on the trunk is the same. The Max has a narrow trunk. I think the Subaru spoiler will look nice. Im gonna see if I can round up one at the Suby dealer to place on there to see what it looks like

The OEM spolier that I got does require you to drill and also the use of 3m tape. I think there is 4 to 5 holes I had to drill. There should be a template that cam with the spoiler. measure 10 times and drill once.

Yep, it does require drilling. In fact it's 5 holes. It was really windy and cool here in Atlanta today so I am going to try the install tomorrow. The instructions call for Bitumen Wax, but I don't have access to this stuff. It calls to put this wax stuff on the drilled holes after deburring them. I guess it's some kind of rust inhibitor/sealant. Do any of you advise the use of an alternate substance to use.

You might consider using a bit of silicone to seal the bare metal.

You guys kill me with the dates of these meets... for the last CT meet I was in Miami, and this one takes place the weekend of my anniversary, so I'm in Vegas and San Diego for a few days. Maybe next time...
