Service Warning Light

Does anyone know how to reset or Turn Off the Service Warning Light.
It comes up on the information screen as "Pit Stop".

I had my 7500 mile service done at a Jiffy Lube, and they didn't reset it.

I would appreciate any help or advise you can provide.

Thanks

Michael

you are going to need to get a scanner to reset it. take it to autobarn or whatever, they shouldnt charge you to reset it. All they are doing is plugging it in, clicking a button and its done. they can even bring it to your car if they have the smaller one which i have myself.

I hope you are not talking abour Service Engine Soon on the dashboard. If so take it to the dealer.

If you are talking about the info screen warning for 7500 mile check up, READ the Manual to reset.

It's not the Service Engine Soon on the dash board. It is on the info screen.

I looked in the owners manual and did not see anything on it

hello people.
new Maxima owner here.
i have a 2004 3.5SL... i really like it allot. i see what i have been missing....
that being said. i just experienced the "pit stop" warning to rotate my tires.
i do not see a "maintenance screen" anywhere on the navi system... is this a take it in and get it done with a gizmo fix?
also, while i am here. being an older Maxima, i am thinking my navi cd is out dated. is there a "free" or "freeware" version that one can download and throw in? i cant see spending $150 on a dam cd...... thanks to all....
