Reporting to the DOT Auto Safety Hotline?

Just a question has anyone reported the shimmy problem to the DOT Auto Safety Hotline? Or any other problem for that matter. I do feel that the shimmy problem is worth reporting. 1-888-DASH-2-DOT

what would calling the DOT hotline due, I haven't heard of any accidents happening from the shimmy, or a shimmy that was so bad enough to lose control even in the slightest.

so I'm not sure if calling the hotline would do any accept waste time.

the shimmy has been documented on http://www.nhtsa.gov which is the way to report the shimmy. Nissan knows about it and so does the government. No accidents have occured due to this yet so nothing will be done about it.
