Rust and broken Injen mount

well let me start off with a rust issue under the hood. i have rust in several locatons.. but the most of the rust is around the oil dipstick area. am i the only one that has this problem? is this covered under warranty? i just reached 33k miles last night.. and another thing.. i was hearin a noise when i was taking off and i thought it was under the hood.. i looked to see and found that the rubber mount on the side was broken.. i didnt send in the registration card when i got the intake back in november. is there anyway to resolve this with injen.. the chrome pipe is scratched and the mount is broken. i have did a temporary fix with a rag and a few zipties.. here are come pix below of the issues: (sorry for the low res pix)

the reason they break is becuase in the install guide it states that all injen mount should not be so tight to the chasis..what it means is the mount has to be little loose so it moves with the engine when car akes turn and stuff..when the engine moves and the braket is so hard together it will cause it to break off.i dont really think the ust has anything to do with it..but this is my 2nd time happened to me but my maxima intake is on loose and didnt happen yuet...

i still dont understand the reason for the broken mouth tho.. its rubber.. its suppose to be flexible... makes no sence why it would be rubber and not strech with the engines movements.

Corrosion "rust" should be covered under your warrenty. I have owned my Max since Dec03 and my engine bay has zero rust.
