Rotors are warped?
I believe I saw this posted be for, I am sorry for the redundancy.
I just took my max to the steelership for a 15K service. I noticed wheel
shimmy, but only duriing moderate to heavy braking. The Service advisor said that it has to be caused by a warped rotor, since it only happens during braking. Does this make sence to you (who are more knowlegable than I).
If so, should rotors need to be turned at 15k miles. Should I pay the cost or fight them.
Thanks for the help!

You can save time and money...

If you decide to get these, be sure they're the ones for 04-05. Some people mislabel them. For instance, the one that says 02-04. If I recall correctly, they're not the same for 5th and 6th gen.
You only need to replace the front, but I went ahead and got the rear rotors also just for looks. Stops better and should last longer than stock.
