Who has the chrome bumper strips?

Who is it on here that added those chrome bumper accent strips to their rear bumper? And what auto store did you get them from?

Also, does anyone know if these would work as magnetic ones, would that work on our bumpers at all? I would think something magnetic vs double-sided tape would be so much easier to take off if you ever needed too, but I dont know if anything magnetic would stick to our bumpers... Any ideas? If so, anyone know of any place that sells those things in the magnetic style?

chris, you may want to ask ramberg. i know he has them but i think he told me the dealer installed his which leads me to believe it's sticky and not magnetic.

i didn't know our bumpers were made from magnetic plastic.

the metal parts are not close enough for a magentic strip to stick

OK, my 2 cents: Get the stick-on kinds like ramberg, his look good (and a absolute MUST for New York City, NJ, Chicago, Detroit and LA ). If dirt gets between the Magnet and paint surface on your ride it will slowly but surely scratch the finish. If someone were to bump your car the magnet would probably shift on your car, thus scratching your finish. If too much dirt gets between the magnet and your finish, they may blow off during quick sprints. Last, some dumb $hit in need of a new refrigerator door magnet may just borrow yours.

Overall, I agree with the majority, a magnet just won't stick...
