will this PIAA be ok for FOGS?

will this PIAA be ok for FOGS?

i came across these and will not mind having blue fogs just for looks at some times and is half price of PIAA extremes..will i have any problems with this compared to the piaa extremes...anything differnt except the colors?

they won't look blue..... those HID wannabe lights suck...



but they will fit ok......

1)so the brightest i can go with h3 bulbs are extreme whites??
2)can i get h3 HID kit and have them for my fogs also..turn them on and off like fogs..?i can get good deal on h3 bulbs HID also..

yea, this is what I'm going to do....... check ebay for "phillips HID" they have H3 kits that would work the same as oem.... you just splice the hid kit to the oem wire harness and they work the same...



I would get the 5000k kit, anything else would prob be blue'er or too purple for an exact match with our hid's..

damn..teq...ur good...thanks man..but i can get any HID kit with h3 bulbs and they will work rite??i have good deals on HALO HID kits for $270 shipped so i probbaly gonna get those..

yep thats fine... as long as you have a "HID" H3 bulb and ballast to run it, you have HID lights.....

I was thinking of running an extra pair of oem ballast with HID H3 bulbs, but I think it would cost more to do...

nice....thanks alot TEQ....just ordered a pair...of 8000k HID from HALO for $260 shipped..got 10 bucks discounted..LOL...i hope i can turn fogs on and off sometimes to bline people once a while who annoys me...^^

My $60 pair of PIAA's looked great, expect them to last about one month though. They are japaneese junk.

not good to make racial comments..but 1 month??OMG i honestly think it was install problem more than the bulbs..PIAA make one of the best bulbs IMHO...
