Pulled the trigger and ordered the Eibachs from a really good install place here in SD. Mentioned the popping concern and they said if the tech installed it improperlery the springs would pop. Sounded like it wouldn't be a problem with the shop I'm dealing with. Keeping my fingers crossed

So are any of you guys who have lowered your Max and have aftermarket exhaust have any scraping issue's?

I was watching an episode of OverHaulin' with Chip Foose and he wasn't happy with the height after it was all set up. So guess what he did? He cut the spring to get the right ride height. Now after seeing that, I'm confused if cutting the spring is a bad idea.

Chip Foose didn't care what the ride quality was like nor the saftey of those involved in OverHaulin.. Cutting springs is a bad idea..
