Intake System

After reading through some of the posts, I've concluded that water getting into the CAI is a high possibility. I spoke with people from AEM and they claim their system prevents any water from getting into the CAI which would eliminate any problems that could occur. I'm not sold on AEM, what's your take?

I've had my CAI for 3 months and drove in downpours with no problems.....it will take alot of water like a really gigantic puddle where the car is submerst in water to really cause a problem....the cone is tucked well hidden in the fender well, plus there is a lip covering the bottom part so it's really hard for any water to get to it, a splash of water isn't sufficent enough to cause it a problem.....I wouldn't worry too much about it, unles you live in area where floods are a big problem....
