26500 for a 05 SL Max

Worth it?

Its got the driver preferred package, and premium package. (sunroof, leather, heated seats.... etc) its a SL so i guess 17"s only. 26500 was what the dealer gave my gf.

What's the mileage on it? Or is it new? If it is new that's a great price. If it is used with low mileage it is a good deal also.

That's the same price I got mine for last week. Mine came with the VDC though, is she getting that too?

I am curious, what options did you get with your se and was it brand new?

PS

she should go get one by tonight, since $1500 rebate offer ends today.
if she gets one tomorrow, it'll be $28000.

That's about what I got my 04 SL for with DPP in May of 05. They really discount these to move them when the new models come out.

going into quirk today to settle things. Had some conflicts with clay nissan and kelly nissan but it should go well. 26800 is what she will be paying without VDC. It comes with everythng though. NO navi. Its still a good price for a Smoke 05 SL with Cafe Latte Interior. (wish it was charcoal but its her car)

What happened to $26,500? Is it coming with SAT? I am guessing that this is a pre tax price, correct?
You are right, it is still a good price. I got all that plus vdc for $26,500 only a week and a half ago.

SAT? Im sorry just came back from lunch .... kinda lost after lunch on work days. haha

the 26500 was a blue one with a cafe latte interior but the female wanted smoke in cafe latte. They wouldnt budge on the 26800 for the smoke. We talked for a long time too, but no luck. I guess you lucked out. The dealers at quirk was annoying even though we talked for 3 hours. I got my 2003 maxima SE for 21800 which was a steal IMHO and its from the same dealership. I guess we can talk once more for the 26500. She is definately buying it today though.

Satellite radio. The $300 difference is not really that much in the grand scheme of things, do the blue one and the smoked one have the same options?

XM radio

I bought a Max about a month ago with XM radio and am using my 3-month trial. I guess it’s ok but I am not sure I will pay 12.95 per month for it. I Personally thought there would more channels that would suit my taste but only use about 3 or 4…

sigh.... gf is the most indecisive person in the world. Turns out she wont be getting the Driver's Preferred Package and Sunroof. We just picked up a 2005 SL in Smoke and Black Leather with sky view (which i like more than the sun roof) for 25900. I guess its not a bad price at all since the DPP is a 800 dollar option. i guess she will be manually pushing the mirrors instead of remotely controlling them. No telescopic steering wheel, not a big deal.

Frost nissan in Newton, MA was very nice. The salesman gave me a sob story about how he needs to make a living. it was pretty entertaining.

Now i just need to get the 3M clear sheets to protect the front of the maxima.
