He gave you the finger because he was jealous of your hot a*s ride.

it saddens me how everytime i clean them, i notice more rock chips on the headlight covers I'm even seeing tiny chips on the windshield. I suppose I need to atleast get them repaired.

But the design was one of many huge reasons why I got this car. I love everything about them, well with my 2 minor mods of course.

hey guys. first post.
the main reason our headlights look like this is because the 03maxima had a high theft in some states. such as NY. it was very simple to steal the 03maxima HIDs. so they redesigned the entire lamp.

HI!

I had an unfortunate accident the other day and need to replace my passenger side front head light. My dealer quoted me about $1,400 Can for the replacement. Does anyone know where I can get this at a better price?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Funny you stated this...had something similar on my way to work last night. Granted driving about 45 on an onramp to a major highway and the guy pulls to the right. I knew exactly why because when I came up on him he had all ready started to slow....had similar problems with my truck(with lights in their eyes). I should have flashed him to let him know I wasn't in high beam mode but I didn't was trying to be civilized. The kicker was when it was time to merge the idiot slows down to 15....I said heck with this and accelerated around him....I really hate when people don't merge onto the highway at speed. Gotta love the power of 265 ponies just beck'n to be released.

I hope that guy had a great evening...I am sure he was cussing for a bit. Some people have such driving issues....

all Max HID owners experience this. last week i passed an old acura only going like 60. I realized the pass light (since angled pattern) flashed against him kinda high. so I continue to pass a few merging onto the highway and he tries to run up to me with high beams on. (actually ends up beaming 4 other cars as well since he couldn't catch me before the exit.

he follows me off, so i pull over with flashers on and show him what HIGH really is. He pulls over (yeah this was getting kinda ghey) I just accelerate and continue on (him falling further back flashing like his car had a disorder).

I realize when we bounce, pass someone, or on hilly roads, our beam travels high.... but so does everyone elses. most truck are constantly in direct vision.

it's a shame how so many get easily angered. most must have personal issues or nice car envy.

I don't know what your dealer is figuring for labor, but I need both of my headlights replaced (hit a deer) and the cost list I got from the body shop is the same as the "trademotion.com" site that Ramberg offered (852.00 each headlight assembly).

I have to ask this question. Don't you have insurance to cover the accident?

I like our headlights, but it would be nice to have a self leveling system. or even better, the kind that turn when you turn your steering wheel.
