My Brakes are grinding rotors, what setup should I buy?

Hi All,

My front driver passenger brake is grinding the rotor. I am planning on puchases brakes and rotors both front and rear ASAP to have them installed this weekend. I see many cross drilled an slotted on Ebay, They all appear to be the same. ANy suggestions? Should I get the pads they sell too or stick with the OEM from NIssan? Thanks
