UPDATE - Rust around skyview panel

After 2 trips to two different Nissan dealerships, and 3 trips to glass installers the mystery has been solved! It turns out that the rust is from a "tool" mark (very small line) that happened when the glass subcontractor (to the Nissan Dealership) did the panel recall and replace. Looks the the glass installer tried to "touch-up" the tool mark with factory paint and now I have a rust problem. Dealership took pictures and is forwarding them to the glass installer for their comments , I will keep you informed! Check your roofs for even the smallest blemish if you have had the skypanel replaced.

****, it's your dealers fault for subleting the work to them. Have them fix it and settle with the glass shop later.

UPDATE: The glass shop has accepted full responsibility for the damage to the roof while replacing the skypanel and the car is going in on July 3rd to be repaired and re-painted.

PS. I have found out where the glass shop is sending my car for the work and I am going to contact them to see how much they will charge to paint the lower (black) bumper body color to match the grill.
