6th gen suspension mod

I have the racing endlinks installed. My friend 2themax05 gave me this idea.
I installed Performance Polyurethane sway bar bushings. Its alot stronger than the OEM ones. I brought them at Auto Zone. Energy Suspension part number 9.5164R. This is for a '04. 2themax05 has the part number for the '05. Cost a little more than 25 dollars.

Looks to be for the rear bar. I remember hearing about these a while back, I just didnt think they would do to much so I didnt bother with them.

I know there would be an effect by replacing the bushings with urethane bushings, but its not as dramatic as replacing the whole sway bar AND bushings. I was looking for urethane bushings for the front sway bar I just installed.

What is the thing sticking out of the center of the bracket? A grease fitting?

Its the rear bar. I bet its cheaper to buy them at Auto Zone than Stillen. Yes its a grease filling.
