Question in regards to lowering the car
For those of you that are lowered, do you guys feel the the ride is more bumpy like a honda would be or does it still feel pretty close to stock (i got a SE)?
Second question is have any of you guys had problems with warranty issues with it being lowered?

With warranty, i've read that some people blow a strut/shock and take it to the dealership and they will fix it, but others will have a hissy fit and blame you because of lowering it, so it all depends on your location I guess.

I have a full set of KYB/Progress with a RSB and Endlinks. It is noticably stiffer than stock. I did have the SL suspension, but there wasn't really a huge diff between that and the SE. It does smooth out over the first 500 or so miles, but is rougher. On the plus side it is much more controlled and solid feeling. Similiar to what a Merc or Bimmer is; they don't float like Caddies but are well controlled and easy to modulate.

But when ima gonna be taking turns at higher than normal speeds, I don't think that i'll be thinking about that appearance factor. 
1) On my 05 SE, I first installed the KYB and Progress all around. Stiffer, specially the rear but I wanted better cornering and got it. After 2000 miles, the rear did not get softer but by back was complaining (too many motocross stunts in a prior life).
So I installed Eibach springs on the rear last week with the Racingline endlinks (already had the Progress sway bar). The rear looks a bit higher than Progress (but you can buy spring spacers if you find the rear too low). I find Eibach is in between OEM and Progress for firmness. Quite good. And with the endlinks, the setup is very stable (a hint of oversteer). No delayed reaction. The Eiback also passed the test when I came back from Costco with a fulllll load of food without loosing stability and no bottoming out. I felt that Progress had a linear compression rate where Eibach has a more progressive rate.
2) I will let you know later this week if a lowered car affects the warranty. I am getting the under-engine cover replaced (recall) but they could say thats the reason it came off.

well i would say if your on SE suspension right now...stick with the OEM struts...(FRONT) and swap out the rear for KYB AGXs...really worth the money. plus it gives you a choice in the ride you want. as for the lowering springs...i'm running off progress springs all around, KYB GR2 struts up front, KYB AGX shock in the back and RSB w/ endlinks. the ride from a SL is FAR harsher than before. and the front especially. i might be thinking about trading my front GR2 Struts for OEM SE struts. the front is very responsive and painful...lolxz buh the ride is hands down unbelievable...responsivness...and control.

let me jus say this, i used to own a 99 galant ES (05 maxima ES)if anyone has seen this car with no drop and aftermarket rims and low profile tires, the gap in the front looks horrendous. so i decided to go and install progress springs, and i totally regreted it. dont get me wrong, the car looked off the hook (as seen in the pics), but you had to hold ur n@ts everytime u realized u were about to hit a bump or a pothole, the car was all scraped at the bottom and ud feel every pebble on the road. as much as it hurts (i dream of 22s and a drop every night) i just cant go from a smooth comfortable OEM ride to aftermarket rims and drop. *cries
and trust me, i know how ill the car looks with these mods and also how well it can handle.
