I Wonder If You Can Fit Some Parts From The New Maxima Onto An '04

When I was at the dealership last week buying the horn for the car I had asked the guy at the parts department if it was possible to fit the new front bumper from the '07 Maxima on to an '04 Maxima. The guy told me he didn't know and wasn't sure about that. So I was wondering could that be done? I doubt anything changed as far as measurements are concerned with the design of the new bumper, but than again what do I know?

I'm gonna go ahead and say that you'd have to change both the front bumper and the hood because the headlights are shaped differently

I don't think so, IOT fit everything to look like an 07 (not sure why) you would have to have the front bumper, grill, fenders, headlights, and hood.

I think the rear may be interchangeable, we now know the rear spoiler fits the 04-06

I See, never took into consideration that the headlights are different. Oh well so much for that idea, hahaha.

I looked them over when I took my car in for an oil change. To me it looks like you'd only need the front bumper and grille. If you want to change the hood, then you'll need the new headights too.

I hate the way the front looks on the '07 Max.

The headlights look similar but not the same shape. You would have to change the hood, fenders and bumper. That's only if the 07 headlights will fit in place of the 04-06 style.

The 07 looks great but not that different. I wouldn't buy the same car twice. When the 7th gen comes along I'll consider but it has to have some *****.
