Might Seem Stupid But Can Anyone Tell Me....

....where exactly is the horn located? Almost 2 years ago I was involved in a minor accident. Ever since than my horn sounds like if it's choking, or if it's drowning, it's actually embarrasing. I purchased a high pitched horn from the dealership this past Tuesday and was just wondering where the hell is the horn located in this car.

Alright, after some research, my daughter and I found it!

It is behind and lower than, your drivers side headlight. It is in front of your driverside tire. We laid on our backs, put our heads in front of the tire and looked up! It is black with a two ringed silver base, and the horn is facing forward, naturally!
Hope that helps!

I know this is slightly off-topic but someone answered your question above this post.

But in your signature, I see you have a particular cross hanging from your rear view mirror right?

Well, I have that same exact one!!

4MySwee, thanks very much. I was actually surprised to see how it looks like. Looks like a little mini-turbine, hahaha.

SilverMaxima06, that's tight. I've had it for about as long as I've had the car. Permanently there. I think because of that reason I've escaped some close calls because of some wreckless *** drivers. Unfortunately, it didn't save me that one time I was in the accident but it's all good. Anyone who's ever been down to Miami can tell you, that if you make it out of Miami without an accident, you my friend are lucky. People don't know how to drive here even if their lives depended on it.

You're very welcome! It was an interesting question, because, I too, had not known where it was right off hand. Hope that helps you solve your horn problem. And yes, it does look like a mini turbo! It also reminds me of a bullhorn, like cheerleaders use!

BTW, was yours damaged? What was causing the odd sound? Moisture in there?

they have theirs under the trunk, by the spare tire facing down. you should keep the horns close to the air compressor, farther will lower the sound I belive..

take some vids of you scraing people also, those vids are classic.
