My car sounds like popcorn...
Hi guys! Its been about a month since I have posted! Missed you guys! Now that the cold is setting in, (which I LOVE), the car is making some rather, well, interesting noises.
Interesting noise number one. While going up and down the incline in the parking deck the suspension is popping and creaking like crazy. It is rather loud also. In some cases I can also feel a pop right behind the accelerator.
Interesting noise number two. When driving at a slow speed, such as in a parking lot, I keep hearing a "sticking" sound, especially on the front right tire. No gum. No nails.
Comments/ Opinions?

Ps. I know this is detailing in nature, but is anyone else having a problem with their steering wheel "fading"? By this I mean slightly discolored from being used. I treat it with leather conditioner constantly to no avail.

Calm down with the leather conditioner, if you use it in excess it can cause damage. Your supposed to apply it sparingly IIRC, also leather has only so much fiber that it can absorb only so much conditioner over time.

I truely don't apply it but maybe once or twice a month, and I don't smother it when I do. It just seems to always have a "worn" look now that the factory detailing has been a while.

The stuff I use is a really sticky gel. I put it either on a foam applicator pad, like you would use to put wax on, only softer, or I use a detailing cloth. Usually the foam pad. Evidently the stuff I have now doesn't have all that much oil in it, which may be part of the problem. I use it on my seats as well and never feel like they are extremely slick.
